Preorder Terms & Conditions
✨ What is a Christmas preorder?
A preorder allows you to purchase selected Christmas items before they arrive in stock. These pieces are clearly marked as preorder and are reserved especially for you.
🎁 When will my preorder arrive?
Each product includes an estimated delivery timeframe. These dates are estimates and may change due to shipping delays beyond our control, but we’ll always keep you informed.
🛒 Can I order preorder and in-stock items together?
Yes — but if your order includes both, everything will be shipped together once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
💳 When will I be charged?
Full Payment is taken at the time of preorder to secure your items.
❄️ Can I cancel or change my preorder?
Preorders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed, unless required under Australian Consumer Law. Please choose carefully before ordering.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Our busy little elves start packing orders within 2 business days, so once your order is in the workshop, it might already be on its merry way!
If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us as quickly as possible at hello@mrandmrschristmas.com.au. We’ll do our very best to help — but once the elves have wrapped it up, we can’t guarantee we can stop it from flying off to your doorstep. 🎁

Can I return a sale item?
Our sale items are part of the seasonal magic, so we don’t offer refunds for change of mind.
But if your item arrives faulty or damaged, don’t worry — just send us a note at hello@mrandmrschristmas.com.au within 7 days with photos, and our elves will sort out a replacement, exchange, or store credit for you ✨🎁

Once your order is on its merry way, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your parcel from our workshop to your doorstep! 🎁

How long does delivery take?
Our elves work quickly to pack orders within 2 business days. ✨
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Australia (Standard): 3–8 business days
- Australia (Express): 1–3 business days
- International (Standard): 7–21 business days (depending on your country and customs clearance)
