At Mr & Mrs Christmas, some of our most special seasonal pieces are made available to preorder ahead of time. This allows you to secure your favourites early and plan your celebrations with confidence.

✨ What Is a Preorder?

A preorder means you are purchasing an item before it arrives in stock. Preorder items are clearly marked on the product page and include an estimated delivery timeframe.

By placing a preorder, you are reserving your item in advance, and it will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives with us.

📦 Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Each preorder product includes an estimated delivery window.

Please note:

- Delivery timeframes are estimates only

- Delays may occur due to shipping, customs, or supplier factors outside our control

- If there are any significant changes to your preorder timing, we’ll always keep you updated

We recommend preordering with these timeframes in mind, especially if purchasing for a specific occasion.

🛒 Ordering Preorder & In-Stock Items Together

If your order contains both preorder items and in-stock items, your order will be shipped once all items are available.

If you’d like in-stock items to arrive sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

💳 Payment

Full payment is required at the time of preorder. This allows us to reserve stock specifically for you and confirm your place in the preorder allocation.

❄️ Cancellations & Refunds

Because preorder items are ordered based on customer demand:

- Preorders cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded once placed

- This includes change-of-mind cancellations

Refunds or replacements will only be offered where required under Australian Consumer Law (for example, if an item is faulty).
