We want you to feel the Christmas magic — every time you order from us!
Each item is packed with care and wrapped in holiday cheer, but because our products are seasonal, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Oh no! If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at hello@mrandmrschristmas.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
We’ll work quickly to offer a replacement, refund, or store credit — whichever best suits you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm your refund or credit.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
