📦 Order Processing
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.
During busy seasonal periods (especially Christmas), processing times may take a little longer — but rest assured, every parcel is prepared carefully and sent as soon as it’s ready.
🚚 Shipping
Australia - Standard Shipping:
We currently deliver Australia-wide, with shipping calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size and weight of your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using Australia Post based on your delivery postcode, parcel weight and dimensions.
As many of our Christmas pieces vary greatly in size, larger or oversized items may attract a higher shipping rate due to their packaged dimensions, even where the item itself is relatively lightweight.
The shipping rate displayed at checkout is calculated for the items in your order before payment is completed.
Large & Oversized Items
Some of our larger Christmas pieces arrive securely packed in their own individual cartons and will be shipped in this packaging to ensure they remain protected in transit.
Where an order contains multiple items that cannot safely be packed together, your order may be shipped in more than one parcel. The shipping rate displayed at checkout takes the required parcels into account.
You may therefore receive more than one tracking number or have different parcels from the same order arrive separately.
New Zealand - Standard Shipping:
Shipping rate is based on the weight/dimensions of your order, which will appear at checkout
⏰ Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and Australia Post/Courier timeframes:
Australia
- Standard: 3–8 business days
New Zealand
- Standard: 7–10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may be extended during peak holiday periods or due to postal service delays outside our control.
🎄 Preorder Items
Some items are available on preorder and have different shipping timeframes.
- Preorder items are clearly marked on the product page
- Estimated delivery timeframes are listed with each preorder item
- Orders containing preorder items will be shipped once all items are available

📍 Address & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’re happy to resend it — however, additional shipping fees may apply.
📬 Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at
