📦 Order Processing

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.

During busy seasonal periods (especially Christmas), processing times may take a little longer — but rest assured, every parcel is prepared carefully and sent as soon as it’s ready.

🚚 Shipping (Excludes Bulky Item Shipping)

Australia - Standard Shipping:

- Flat rate $15 for orders under $150 AU

- FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $150 AU

New Zealand - Standard Shipping: 

- Flat rate $40 NZD for orders under $200 NZD

- FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $200 NZD

📦 Bulky Items Shipping

Some items in our range are considered bulky due to their size or weight.

For bulky items:

- A bulky item shipping rate will be calculated and applied at checkout

- Free shipping offers (including free shipping over $150 AU & over $200 NZD) do not apply

Any item classified as bulky will be clearly noted on the product page before purchase.

⏰ Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and Australia Post/Courier timeframes:

Australia

- Standard: 3–8 business days

New Zealand

- Standard: 7–10 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may be extended during peak holiday periods or due to postal service delays outside our control.

🎄 Preorder Items

Some items are available on preorder and have different shipping timeframes.

- Preorder items are clearly marked on the product page

- Estimated delivery timeframes are listed with each preorder item

- Orders containing preorder items will be shipped once all items are available

📍 Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’re happy to resend it — however, additional shipping fees may apply.

📬 Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at
hello@mrandmrschristmas.com.au and we’ll do our best to help track it down.

While we can’t be responsible for carrier or customs delays, we’ll always do everything we can to ensure your order finds its way home.
