FAQ – Shipping & Returns
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Most orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Standard shipping in Australia usually takes 3–8 business days. New Zealand usually 7-10 business days. Please note: during busy seasonal periods (especially Christmas), processing times may take a little longer — but rest assured, every parcel is prepared carefully and sent as soon as it’s ready.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping rates are based on your location and weight/dimensions of your order, this is automatically calculated at checkout.
Please note: we have products that are considered large or oversized due to their overall weight and size. Where an order contains multiple items that cannot safely be packed together, your order may be shipped in more than one parcel. The shipping rate displayed at checkout takes the required parcels into account.
You may therefore receive more than one tracking number or have different parcels from the same order arrive separately.
Q: Can I return or exchange something?
A: We want every order to bring Christmas cheer! ✨
Because our products are seasonal, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at hello@mrandmrschristmas.com.au within 7 days with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange or store credit.
