A: Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping in Australia usually takes 3–8 business days. New Zealand usually 7-10 business days.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! Orders over $150 AUD and $200 NZD enjoy free standard shipping. Free shipping offer does not apply to orders with Bulky Items.
Q: Can I return or exchange something?

Because our products are seasonal, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
